Cancellation Policy

Please note that you can request for a cancellation of your booking. However, we can only proceed to cancel and refund your booking if the request was made six (6) hours before the time of the game begins.

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation policy, Olok does not charge a processing fee for cancellations.

Any cancellations received after the cancellation due date & time specified in the game details (including requests made within this period) are subject to a minimum of a 1 full booking cancellation fee unless you are notified otherwise by our team.

Failure to arrive at your venue will be treated as a late cancellation. Any changes to your Booking must be made through Olok and not directly with the team. This applies to change of dates or cancellation in full or in part.

Refund Process

To refund a booking, please email/message customer service at general@olok.ing or +601163416161 for verification of booking. After receiving your request, we will verify whether the booking adhered to our refund and cancellation policy.

Refunds

After receiving your request and if it follows our guideline, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your booking to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement or bank statement, depending on your credit card and banking company.
